A Little Bit About Me
Healing does not have to feel complicated or out of reach.
I’m Merilee—an intuitive healer, life coach, and creator passionate about helping others reconnect to clarity, emotional steadiness, and their true selves.
My journey into intuitive healing began over a decade ago through deep personal growth, energy work, mentorship, and certification in remote healing. Over the past seven years, I’ve supported others in releasing energetic blockages, restoring balance, and creating meaningful shifts emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
My approach blends intuitive healing, grounded emotional support, energy alignment, and practical tools that help people feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves again.
I believe healing is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to yourself.
My Philosophy
Everything is interconnected energy—shaped by our thoughts, emotions, environment, and intentions.
True healing begins within.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you access your own innate ability to heal, realign, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
Through quantum healing, chakra alignment, coaching, and intentional tools, I help create space for emotional release, energetic renewal, grounding, and transformation.

Beyond Healing
Based in Hawaii, nature plays a large role in keeping me grounded and inspired. Hiking, backpacking, traveling, and time outdoors continually remind me of the connection between our inner world and the energy around us.
With a background in psychology, sociology, and a Master of Arts in Education, I also bring a thoughtful and holistic perspective into my work and daily life as a homeschooling mom.
I’m also the founder of Meristic Designs, where I create intentional healing jewelry infused with messages of strength, clarity, healing, and empowerment.
Whether through healing sessions, coaching, digital tools, jewelry, or meaningful conversation, my intention remains the same: To help others feel supported, steady, empowered, and more aligned in their everyday lives.
